Shipping & Return Policy

Within India:
Shipping charges for delivery within India vary based on the city and range from Rs. 500 to Rs. 2500.

Outside India:
For international deliveries, shipping charges vary by country and range from Rs. 2500 to Rs. 7500.

At Sarjaa, each product is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. We maintain strict quality checks before dispatching every order.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only within 3–5 days of delivery, and strictly in the following cases:
* The product received has a manufacturing defect, or
* A wrong product was sent by our team.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for any other reasons, including change of mind, colour or size preference, or personal taste.

Conditions for Returns
* Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all tags, cards, boxes, and dust bags intact.
* Products showing any signs of wear, misuse, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return.
* The serial number or barcode must remain intact and untampered.
* Returns requested after 5 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
* For international orders, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the product. If approved, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund as per our policy.
